Pleasant staff, prompt service and washed my car after they were done.

Just got my car serviced at Bannister Hyundai. It was a big service and expensive and they were very good at explaining everything and going over the cost and they even went the extra mile to try and save me a little money. The employee I dealt with at the counter, female I didn’t get her name sorry, was fantastic, and I felt looked after. They are certainly miles ahead of where they used to be years ago

Very kind people. They had gotten my husband and I approved for a car when everyone else was turning us away. Even after getting the car it had broke down a couple weeks later and they were still there for us by helping us bring it to the mechanic shop and paying for all the expenses and lending us a car from the dealership to get me to all my midwife appointments and the hospital when I was in labor. Thank you Hyundai Chilliwack! And especially thank you to McKenna for going out of your way to be there for us when we needed it 💕

Had our vehicle serviced for its first service as it is a new purchase. Service department was excellent and the quote provided for anticipated costs was accurate on the final bill. Typically we have gone away from the dealership (another Hyundai location)to a private mechanic over prices which were extremely high, however this most recent service was competitive and not a surprise as it was discussed with us prior to the service even being completed. The follow up was good from staff but bordered on a little too much for my liking to get a review submitted on job. Overall so far recommend the service department. Will update in the future.

We had extremely good experience with the staff at Bannister Hyundai on our acquisition of our new 2025 Hyundai PHEV. Brandon VanTunen and Lance and Jon made the experience easy, informative and relaxed. There is a lot of excellent tech and solid features in the new Hyundai vehicles and Brandon was thorough and patient throughout to make sure all items were covered during the evaluation / test drive phase and during the delivery phase. He checked in twice after delivery was taken to see if any issues had arisen or any questions needed answering. This is our 3rd Hyundai we've purchased over the past 7 years and each time it gets better.Our First Service was quick, easy, and thorough. No bugs electrical or mechanical to report. Mileage on short commutes is terrific as we can go into town and hardly burn an ounce of fuel thanks to the 55KM electric range. On longer trips we are averaging 4.5 litres per 100quite often it's less than that..The Service Staff has always been excellent and the lounge facilities are first class.

Always have had good service! Prices are very expensive $25.00 to change a light bulb.$200.00 approximately for two separate diagnostic checks

The entire time at the dealership the sales advisor was confident and open about everything, took the time to answer all my questions, the finance lady was not pushy at all she also took her time going over everything with me well also being open about all fees included. My Ioniq 5 had a dead 12v battery and Bannister Hyundai were able to service my car the next day. All the work was covered under warranty as well which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

As a first time car buyer these guys definitely over exceeded my expectations. They were there for me every step of the way, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable with Adam, Nick and Tanya. If this pandemic was not occurring I would have probably given them the biggest hug! Nick even called me the next day to see how I was liking my new Tucson and saw I can contact him with ANY question. It's nice knowing I'm not just stuck learning about the SUV all on my own. During a standard 6 month service, techs noted a fuel pump leak. Although over Christmas holidays, Bannister was able to order a new pump, have it delivered from out of province, installed and the vehicle clean and ready for pickup January 2.All in all, I was very pleased with the service provided.
