I bought my Kona Hyundai N LINE in chilliwack bc. My sales person was Brandon and was very nice to deal with him. All Hyundai staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I will never be back or buy a Hyundai ever again. Shouldn't expect someone to pay $9000 for a new engine on an 11 year old car with less than 140,000kms. My parents are not taking their Hyundai there for anymore services. Customer service was terrible.

Car threw a critical engine code on the highway. They were able to get us in and checked in one day. Very helpful and friendly

My car lit on fire on the way to Chilliwack just before Hope. Serpentine belt completely melted off. Seized AC compressor and some damaged/melted pulleys. We had my car towed to here Monday and thankfully they were able to get the car back on the road for Friday! Only had to extend my hotel 1 day & had a rental for the week. The only thing that wasn’t fixed was the melted car wheel well was melted into the tire and I wasn’t able to turn the wheel at all to the left without it rubbing so I did have to cut the plastic out to be able to get us back to Calgary. & will get that fixed here. Very happy we were able to get back home. Communication was amazing and everyone did all they could to help me and my family. Thank you

Yesterday, I brought in my 2023 Santa Fe for its 80,000km service. Service advisor and shuttle driver were efficient in checking me in and getting me home while the car was being serviced. I just had my first experience with Abbotsford Hyundai . I left my lights on all night in my G70 so the next day my car wouldn’t start and the tow truck driver couldn’t boost my car he said 100% your starters shot . So they towed it in to the Hyundai dealership and gave me a new suv loaner. The mechanic put the battery on the charger for a few hrs and the car boosted and battery health became 100% again . I’m very grateful for the integrity and treatment from Nav at the service department and the mechanic and Preet the sales lady took my payment and who discussed other vehicle options for my next purchase. I even took the new Sante Fe suv for a test drive . I highly recommend Abbotsford Hyundai dealership!
