Emily gave me very good customer service and even the finance guy gave me a very nice deal on the tire and rim warranty. They also hooked me up with superior add ons than the one already on the vehicle. The brand new car was not marked up beyond msrp and they gave a competitive price on my trade in as well.

I would like to just give out a shout out to Nick Spencer at Hyundai Chilliwack for taking care of my girlfriend's daughter's fiance's problem with their car they were stuck in Merritt they got the vehicle towed to Hyundai Chilliwack Unfortunately they were so backed up and behind with other things they wouldn't be able to look at the car for 3 weeks or more since they live in White Rock and he has to go to school and go to work and he has no car they do not offer a rental car service but Nick took care of all of our needs went above and beyond x20 communicated with the White Rock dealership we got the tow from chilliwack Hyundai all the way to White Rock within 24 hours very very very professional very reliable amazing customer service no wonder he's been a manager for 10+ years he's good at what he does he takes care of his customers he did not even make a dollar out of this and he made sure that we were taken care of at another dealership with no questions asked thank you Nick for all your help and support me and my girlfriend will see you soon with a double-double as promised🤣🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻

By far the best dealership I’ve ever been, service is extremely professional, William and his team help me out not only by fixing my car but also giving me a rental to get home and use it until they have my car ready!

I am extremely impressed with Bannister Service Team. I have a Kona Electric 2019 that had a yellow triangle Electric system light come on. Within minutes on the phone they said it was most likely a critical software update that had been due for 2 years. My (now former service centre) dealership in abbotsford, missed this for 2 years! Anzah (service advisor) was amazing and the team’s customer service outstanding. They prioritized me and had me in within an hour , updated and out even with a car wash within 2 hours! I had a fantastic experience getting my vehicle serviced at Bannister Hyundai Chilliwack. The management practices are strong, focusing deeply on customer success and satisfaction. One standout service they offer is a free shuttle within the Chilliwack area, which was incredibly convenient. They also provide a complimentary car wash and vacuum, although there was a minor issue during my visit when the shuttle arrived a few hours early, causing me to miss this service. However, the service representative promptly addressed this by providing me with a ticket for a future free car wash.I'm impressed by their commitment to customer service, and the atmosphere at the service desk was friendly and welcoming. I went to change the oil and for software updates.A pleasant waiting room, friendly staff, and salesperson was great. And I really liked the clean car wash service. However, they completed the service without closing the cap at the bottom of the driver's seat.... But I understand because they are busy. Overall, I was satisfied. I'm looking forward to seeing you again in three months.
